Payment:
Unfortunately due to the cost of card payments I am not able to provide this facility at this current moment in time. However, you are welcome to pay by cash, cheque, postal orders or PayPal. PayPal does accept card payments.

Order:
If a bear catches your eye or you wish to ask for a bear to be made please contact me by email, enquiries@traciebears.co.uk and I will answer all your questions. Wedding Bears and Christening Bears are orders only and I ask for a deposit of 25% when the order is confirmed, please allow 6-8 weeks for these bears.

Layaway:
If a bear catches your eye but you are unable to pay the full amount all in one go, I am happy for you to pay a deposit and then the remaining balance off over several months. Once you have paid for the bear you can either collect it or arrange to have it delivered.

Postage:
All prices for the bears are without postage costs. This is because if a bear comes out by post I like it to be covered by insurance and tracked for the whole journey. Unfortunately as the bears vary in size and weight this cost is a variable too, I will always discuss this with you at the time you express an interest in the bear. I do not pass on my packaging costs. You are always welcome to arrange to collect the bear from my home in Bournemouth or when I am attending a show.
